Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil till smoking.

Add corn kernels and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Then add sliced onions, chopped ginger, chopped chillies and salt. You can vary the flavours with different herbs, but this is a good base to start with. Stir fry for few more minutes and you are done.
